Step 3: Shipping

Packaging Instructions

  • Carefully place your equipment in a properly padded box to protect it from shipping damage.
  • If shipping multiple items in one box, ensure each item is individually protected.
  • Include a note with your name and contact details. Identify each packaged unit and the problems that need correction. For convenience, you can use our Service Request Form.

  • Pricing: The quoted price is based on RTE receiving a usable, rebuildable core. Missing or broken parts are not included unless specified in your original quote.
  • Payment Process: After your device is remanufactured, we will contact you for payment before arranging return shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Payment terms may be available with prior approval.
