Sales Manager

Ideal candidate is a high-achieving salesperson with a proven track record of achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Technical sales experience and second language are pluses.



  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Work with RTE’s International agent network and partners
  • Respond to RFQs / Tenders
  • Develop and present sales/revenue forecasts to the management team
  • Attend trade shows and industry networking events
  • International travel (up to 30%)
  • Maintain CRM and pipeline management



  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field or a suitable combination of experience and proven track record of successful sales
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels
  • Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills


Electronic Technician

This position will complete component-level repairs on circuit boards. To accomplish this, the technician will be required to troubleshoot and diagnose the failure using custom test equipment and reading electrical schematics.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2-year degree or 2-3 years of experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of basic component-level electronics
  • Troubleshooting mindset
  • Ability to use a range of electronic test equipment (multi-meter, oscilloscope)
  • Familiarity with analog and digital circuits


  • Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering
  • Experience generating electrical schematics


Electronic Assembler

This position will perform sub-assembly and final assembly on a wide range of electronic devices and components manufactured by RTE.


  • Follow written and oral instruction
  • Work independently
  • Use of a variety of hand tools
  • Accurately assemble and test components according to written procedures
  • Detail and quality oriented


  • Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering
