Office Admin/Bookkeeper/HR

This position will complete the daily bookkeeping and month-end closings. Regular interaction with the CPA, admin team, and owners concerning the financial aspects of the company. HR and payroll/benefits management.


  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting principals


  • Experience with payroll systems and software
  • Experience with bookkeeping software


Sales/Marketing Coordinator

This position will support the sales team by generating quotes/proposals, costing worksheets and other tender documents. Some contact with customers and potential customers will be required as well as assisting with post sales and customer support. Some travel may be required.


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Electronic Technician

This position will complete component-level repairs on circuit boards. To accomplish this, the technician will be required to troubleshoot and diagnose the failure using custom test equipment and reading electrical schematics.

Preferred Skills:

  • 2-year degree or 2-3 years of experience
  • Ability to read electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of basic component-level electronics
  • Troubleshooting mindset
  • Ability to use a range of electronic test equipment (multi-meter, oscilloscope)
  • Familiarity with analog and digital circuits


  • Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering
  • Experience generating electrical schematics


Electronic Assembler

This position will perform sub-assembly and final assembly on a wide range of electronic devices and components manufactured by RTE.


  • Follow written and oral instruction
  • Work independently
  • Use of a variety of hand tools
  • Accurately assemble and test components according to written procedures
  • Detail and quality oriented


  • Experience with through-hole and surface-mount soldering
