Testing
Each remanufactured unit undergoes rigorous real-world simulations using our proprietary test equipment before being released into service. Our process includes cycled heat tests up to 170°F (77°C) in our lab bake ovens to check for borderline failures. We call it the “burn-in” phase.
Quality Control
Each unit undergoes a meticulous quality control check to find additional failed components, cosmetic imperfections, and other flaws. And to go a step further, we inspect all incoming vendor parts for adherence to RTE standards. This data helps us fine-tune our remanufacturing process
Free Domestic Return
RTE will pay the return freight to any domestic location. And since international business is what we do, we also provide export services at cost with no additional markup. Contact us with any special shipping needs, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
